We are a small business and want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns for physical products within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In their original condition

  • Unused and undamaged

  • Returned with original packaging where possible

To request a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at: sales@oldmapsshop.com, including your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details.

In these cases, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order and return the original item if eligible.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not sell digital products, so all items are physical goods only.

Custom-made or personalised maps (if applicable) may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
